Cheese gratin guajillo chips with pulled chicken and jalapeño

With ready-made chicken, crispy chips and taco cheese, this easy-to-prepare dish will easily become a favorite. Spread the chips on a plate, add chicken with sauce, tomatoes and cheese and gratinate in the oven. Serve with spicy jalapeños and cooling sour cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 bags of guajillo chili tortilla chips (each 125 g)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 150 g taco cheese
  • 2 green onions
  • 1 lime
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 1 dl tres colores jalapeño
