About the recipes
All recipes are our own — developed, cooked, and tested in our own kitchen. Nothing is copied from cookbooks or external websites.
Recipes are labelled with an authenticity note: classic, modern, Swedish interpretation, or everyday version. This makes it clear what to expect before you start cooking.
