Burgers will always be burgers, but the accessories today don't cut corners either! A cucumber dressing with garlic in it, and oven-roasted potatoes and snack carrots. This will be a hit with young and old alike!
Ingredients
Pull out and measure what you need before you start cooking.
- 600 g potatoes
- 150 g snack carrots
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 dl light crème fraiche
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 fresh hamburgers
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 pack of plum tomatoes (each 500 g)
- 4 hamburger buns

Follow the steps from top to bottom while you cook.

Set the oven to 225°C.

Root vegetables: Cut the potatoes into wedges and mix them and the carrots with the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Pour out onto a tray and put in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.

Cucumber dressing: Dice the cucumber and mix with the crème fraiche.

Press in the garlic and season with salt and pepper.

Burgers: Fry the burgers in the oil in a frying pan, according to the instructions on the package.

Season with paprika and possibly salt and pepper.

Slice the tomatoes.
- 9
Heat the bread and serve with the burgers and all the accessories.
