Could homemade mash be one of the best things out there? At least we think so! This is flavored with horseradish and dill, which goes perfectly with butter-fried sei. It's simply just eating and enjoying.
Ingredients
Pull out and measure what you need before you start cooking.
- 900 g potatoes
- 1 pack fresh dill (each 20 g)
- 2 1/2 dl milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp grated horseradish
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 packet of cosmopolitan salad (approx. 225 g)
- 600 g pollock fillet
- 1 tbsp butter or oil

Mash: Peel, slice and boil the potatoes.

Fry the fish in the butter and season with salt and pepper.

Mash: Drain the water and let the potatoes steam off without a lid.

Heat the milk.

Mash the potatoes with a potato masher or beat them gently with an electric whisk.

Add the warm milk, butter, horseradish and dill.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve the fish with mash and salad.
