Fried rice, that is. It doesn't go away for hoes! And surely you love dishes with the concept "down with everything in the pan"? Lots of goodness is fried together in a frying pan and served with fried egg, salad and coriander. Yum!
Ingredients
Pull out and measure what you need before you start cooking.
- 4 port rice (preferably whole grain)
- 3 carrots (about 100 g each)
- 100 g sunflower or pea shoots
- 1/2 pack green onions (each 125 g)
- 250 g green asparagus
- 1 tbsp oil
- 250 g soybeans
- 100 g kimchi
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 8 eggs
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pot coriander

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Peel strips off the carrots with a potato peeler.

Mix the carrots with the pea shoots.

Trim and slice the green onions.

Trim and cut the asparagus into small pieces.

Fry the asparagus in the oil in a large frying pan, stir in the rice, soybeans, kimchi and sesame seeds and fry for a few minutes.

Turn the scallion down.

Fry the eggs in the oil in a frying pan and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the rice with egg, salad and coriander.
