- 1/2 pack small carrots (each 350 g)
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- 1/2 tbsp oil
- 4 port tagliatelle
- 500 g passed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup tomato pesto
- salt
- pepper
- 65 g arugula
