Crispy chicken with cucumber dip

Mmm we say to crisp! Chicken can be breaded in panko and thyme and fried in oil. It is served with rice, tomatoes and a cucumber dip made from gherkins, crème fraîche, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 1 dl cornichons (pickled cucumbers)
  • 1 dl crème fraîche
  • 1 dl mayonnaise
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 dl wheat flour
  • 1 dl breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 600 g chicken tenderloin
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 krm pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 pack of plum tomatoes (each 500 g)
