Salmon with mango and avocado

Fish tacos - yes please! The salmon, which is cooked in the oven, is seasoned with the sweet-strong mango sauce. Serve the salmon in soft tortilla bread with diced mango, sliced ​​avocado and sour pickled onions and crispy cheese rolls.

Ingredients

  • 12 soft tortillas (small)
  • 1 dl pickled onion
  • 1 pot coriander
  • 1 bag of nacho chips, preferably nacho cheese rolls with a cheese flavor (each 125 g)
