Ingredients

  • 2 packs of feta cheese (each 150 g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/4 grated garlic clove
  • 1/2 dl olive oil
  • 1 pot of basil
  • 2 avocados
  • 8 hamburger buns

    Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the burgers in two batches for approx. 1 ½–2 min on each side until they have colored and become crispy.
