Ingredients

  • 1 red onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pack of corn kernels (each 150 g)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 8 tortillas (medium)
  • 1 pack plant-based grated cheese (each 150 g)
  • 1/2 pack rocket (65 g each)

    Fry the onion and garlic in the oil in a frying pan on low heat until they become soft.

    Top with cheese.

    Place a tortilla bread as a lid and fry on both sides in a frying pan for about 3 minutes on medium heat.

    Do the same with the remaining tortilla bread.

    Cut the bread into pieces and serve with arugula.
