Potato salad with chopped cucumber

Creamy potato salad flavored with dijon mustard and pickled chopped cucumber is super tasty. Pick up some leftover vegetables from the fridge and serve with the potato salad and maybe some grilled chicken as well. Top with homemade croutons and preferably roasted onions or some nuts and seeds.

Tomato salad with salsa verde and jalapeño

With ready-made salsa verde sauce, you take your tomato salad to new heights. It gives the tomatoes a lovely freshness and juicy taste. Mix with some jalapeño for extra heat and of course fresh mint. Served with almost anything, try it with fish or on taco chips.

Greek salad with roasted potatoes and feta cream

Like going over to the Mediterranean for an evening, with a little twist! Roasted potatoes are not a classic ingredient in a Greek salad. But oh so good! And the feta cheese is mashed and mixed with crème fraiche instead of being served as is. A simple and fresh dinner - yes, thank you!

Grilled sausage in tortilla bread with creamy fresh potato salad

Creamy potato salad is always right. The creaminess comes from crème fraiche and the seasoning is French mustard and lemon. The salad is perfect to serve in a tortilla with grilled sausage and some vegetables. Finish by drizzling over some delicious BBQ sauce.
