- 2 dl walnuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp capers
- 1 pot of basil
- 65 g baby spinach
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 - 3 tbsp water
- salt
- black pepper

Wash and grate the outermost peel of the lemon.

Blend walnuts, garlic, lemon zest, capers (without spade), basil, spinach, olive oil and water to a smooth sauce in a food processor.

Season with salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice.
