Thai soup with spicy cucumber and paneer

The basis is a ready-made soup and with a little extra spices, soybeans and cucumber and fried paneer, it becomes a quick and tasty meal. Feel free to top the soup with some seeds for extra chewing resistance.

Ingredients

  • 100 g gari
  • 250 g soybeans
  • 2 packs of ready-made Thai soup (each 5 dl)
  • 1 dl wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 krm salt
  • 1 pack of paneer cheese (each 225 g)
  • 2 tbsp neutral rapeseed oil
  • 1 pot of fresh Thai basil or coriander
  • 1 1/2 dl roasted sunflower seeds
  • preferably sourdough baguette
