The basis is a ready-made soup and with a little extra spices, soybeans and cucumber and fried paneer, it becomes a quick and tasty meal. Feel free to top the soup with some seeds for extra chewing resistance.

- 1 cucumber
- 100 g gari
- 250 g soybeans
- 2 packs of ready-made Thai soup (each 5 dl)
- 1 dl wheat flour
- 2 tbsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 2 krm salt
- 1 pack of paneer cheese (each 225 g)
- 2 tbsp neutral rapeseed oil
- 1 pot of fresh Thai basil or coriander
- 1 1/2 dl roasted sunflower seeds
- preferably sourdough baguette

Thaw the soybeans.

Peel the cucumber and cut it into 1 cm pieces.

Coarsely chop the garin.

Mix cucumber, gari and soybeans.

Heat the soup.

Mix wheat flour, turmeric, chili powder and salt in a dish.

Cut the cheese into pieces and fold them into the spice mixture.

Fry the cheese in the oil in a frying pan for about 3 minutes until it turns golden.

Coarsely chop the basil.

Serve the soup together with the cheese, cucumber and soybean mixture.

Top with basil and sunflower seeds.
