Crispy fried Swedish cocktail sausages with a golden crust and juicy inside – essential on the Easter and Christmas table.

Ingredients

  • 500 g cocktail sausages
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • Coarse mustard for serving
  • Lemon wedges for serving, optional

Method

  1. 1Remove the sausages from the packaging. Separate if they are linked.
  2. 2Heat butter and oil in a frying pan over medium heat until sizzling.
  3. 3Add the sausages in a single layer and fry, turning regularly, until golden brown all over, about 5–8 minutes.
  4. 4Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
  5. 5Serve immediately with coarse mustard on the side.
