Crispy fried Swedish cocktail sausages with a golden crust and juicy inside – essential on the Easter and Christmas table.
Ingredients
- 500 g cocktail sausages
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Coarse mustard for serving
- Lemon wedges for serving, optional
Method
- 1Remove the sausages from the packaging. Separate if they are linked.
- 2Heat butter and oil in a frying pan over medium heat until sizzling.
- 3Add the sausages in a single layer and fry, turning regularly, until golden brown all over, about 5–8 minutes.
- 4Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper.
- 5Serve immediately with coarse mustard on the side.
