Kyckling i ugn med potatis, lök och örter i en form som sköter sig själv medan du gör annat.
Ingredients
- 800 g kycklingfile eller larkfile
- 700 g potatis i bitar
- 1 rodlok i klyftor
- 2 msk olivolja
- 1 tsk paprikapulver
- 1 tsk torkad timjan
- 1 tsk salt
- 1 krm svartpeppar
- 1 citron i klyftor
Method
- 1Satt ugnen pa 225 grader.
- 2Blanda potatis och lok med halften av oljan i en ugnsform. Krydda med salt och peppar.
- 3Tillaga potatisen i 15 minuter.
- 4Blanda kycklingen med resten av oljan, paprikapulver och timjan.
- 5Lagg kycklingen i formen och tillaga ytterligare 20 till 25 minuter tills kycklingen ar genomstekt.
- 6Pressa over citron och servera direkt.
