Saftig morotskaka med kanel och färskostglasyr som passar till fika året runt.
Ingredients
- 3 agg
- 3 dl socker
- 3 dl vetemjol
- 2 tsk bakpulver
- 1 tsk kanel
- 0.5 tsk salt
- 1.5 dl neutral olja
- 4 dl fint rivna morotter
- 200 g farskost
- 2 dl florsocker
- 1 tsk vaniljsocker
Method
- 1Satt ugnen pa 175 grader. Klä en rund form med bakplåtspapper.
- 2Vispa agg och socker pösigt.
- 3Blanda mjol, bakpulver, kanel och salt i en bunke.
- 4Ror ner de torra ingredienserna, oljan och morotterna i aggsmeten.
- 5Hall smeten i formen och gradda i 35 till 40 minuter. Lat svalna helt.
- 6Vispa farskost, florsocker och vaniljsocker till glasyr och bred over kakan.
