Elegant individual prawn tart in a glass with a creamy filling and crispbread. Easy to prepare and impressive on the Easter table.
Ingredients
- 300 g peeled prawns
- 100 g smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 2 dl crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp chopped dill
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and white pepper
- 4 crispbreads, crushed
- Dill and lemon to garnish
Method
- 1Mix crème fraîche, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt and white pepper into a smooth mixture.
- 2Add the prawns (reserve a few for garnish), chopped smoked salmon and dill. Mix gently.
- 3Place a layer of crushed crispbread in the bottom of each glass.
- 4Spoon the prawn mixture into the glasses. Top with the reserved prawns and a dill sprig.
- 5Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve as a starter with extra crispbread on the side.
