Virgin Mojito

A non-alcoholic thirst-quencher packed with lime and mint, offering the same fresh feel as the original.

• 60 ml non-alcoholic base such as tea, juice, or alcohol-free spirit
• 20 ml acidity, such as lemon or lime
• 20 ml sweetness, such as sugar syrup or fruit juice
• Ice for glass and shaker
• Sparkling mixer or water depending on style
• Garnish, for example citrus zest, mint, or berries

Method

   Chill the serving glass in advance with ice or in the freezer.

   Measure all ingredients carefully with a jigger for consistent flavour.

   Shake with ice for 10 to 15 seconds or stir in a mixing glass depending on style.

   Strain into a chilled glass over fresh ice or serve up, depending on drink type.
