Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla extract, optional
- 25 g butter for frying
- Optional toppings such as berries, yoghurt, or syrup
Method
- 1Peel the bananas and slice them into a bowl.
- 2Mash the bananas thoroughly with a fork or blend them smooth.
- 3Add the eggs, salt, and optional vanilla and blend into a smooth batter.
- 4Heat a frying pan with a little butter over medium to medium-high heat.
- 5Cook two to three small pancakes at a time for about 2 to 3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- 6Cook the rest of the batter the same way.
- 7Serve immediately with optional toppings such as berries, yoghurt, or a little syrup.
