- 1 falukorv sausage (about 500 g)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices bread
Method
- 1Slice the falukorv sausage into slices about 1 cm thick.
- 2Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- 3Spread a little mustard on one side of each sausage slice.
- 4Place the slices mustard-side down in the pan and fry for about 3 minutes per side until nicely browned.
- 5Fry the eggs in the same pan alongside the sausage until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.
- 6Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Serve the sausage and eggs with bread.
