Classic American chicken salad with celery, red grapes and toasted pecans in a creamy Dijon mayo dressing. Served on lettuce leaves or as a sandwich filling.

Ingredients

  • 400 g cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
  • 150 g red grapes, halved
  • 60 g pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce leaves to serve
