- 1 gul lok, finhackad
- 2 vitloksklyftor, finhackade
- 2 msk olivolja
- 2 dl creme fraiche
- 1 dl matlagningsgradde
- 1 dl riven parmesan
- 1 tsk torkad oregano
- salt
- svartpeppar

Koka pastan enligt forpackningen i saltat vatten. Spara 1 dl pastavatten innan du haller av.

Hetta upp oljan i en stor stekpanna. Stek kycklingen pa medelhog varme tills den ar genomstekt. Salta och peppra.

Lag i lok och vitlok och stek 2 minuter tills loken mjuknar.

Ror ner creme fraiche, gradde och oregano. Lat sjuda 3 till 4 minuter.

Ror ner parmesan och lite pastavatten tills sasen blir krämig.

Vand ner pastan i pannan och ror runt tills allt ar varmt. Smaka av med salt och peppar.

Servera direkt med extra parmesan om du vill.
