Toast with vegan cheese

Vegan toast with onion, pepper, and melting cheese for a snack or simple lunch.

• 1/2 red onion
• 1/2 red bell pepper
• 2 tbsp American cucumber salad
• 4 slices of toast
• 1 dl grated plant-based cheese
• Black pepper

Method

   Peel and cut the onion into thin slices.

   Cut the pepper into strips.

   Spread the cucumber salad on the bread.

   Put onion, paprika and cheese on half of the bread.

   Season with a little pepper.

   Place a slice of bread as a lid.

   Grill the bread in a sandwich grill, until the cheese melts and the bread has a crispy surface.
