Oven-roasted salmon fillets with a sweet and savory maple syrup glaze of soy, mustard and garlic. A quick and elegant dish with a Canadian touch.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 150 g each)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

    Preheat oven to 200°C. Whisk maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, garlic and lime juice into a glaze.

    Place salmon on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper. Brush with glaze.

    Roast 12–15 minutes until glazed and cooked through. Serve with remaining glaze drizzled over.
