    Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water. Leave for 5 minutes until frothy.

    Mix flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture, yogurt and oil. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.

    Cover and prove in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.

    Divide into 6–8 portions and roll out thinly on a floured surface.
