Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh white fish (sea bass or halibut)
  • 1 dl lime juice
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chili, finely chopped
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt

Method

  1. 1Cut the fish into small cubes.
  2. 2Mix fish with lime juice, onion, and chili.
