Classic American pasta salad with elbow macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, red onion and a creamy Dijon mayo dressing. Essential at picnics and barbecues.

Ingredients

  • 300 g elbow macaroni
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Method

    Cook macaroni until al dente; rinse with cold water.
