High-protein bread rolls made with cottage cheese instead of yeast. Simple to bake and a healthier alternative to white bread rolls.

Ingredients

  • 500 g cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 dl rolled oats
  • 1 dl sunflower seeds
  • 1 dl pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Method

    Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2
    Mix cottage cheese, eggs, oats, seeds, baking powder and salt in a bowl until combined.

    Drop 8 even mounds onto the tray using two spoons. Scatter sesame seeds over the top.

    Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Cool on a rack.
