Fresh and spicy Indian green chutney of fresh mint, cilantro, lime and green chili. Indispensable alongside samosas, pakoras and Indian snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1–2 green chilies
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2–3 tbsp water

Method

    Blend to a smooth sauce. Add more water if needed.
