  • 2 msk tomatpure
  • 2 dl creme fraiche
  • 1 dl mjolk
  • 1 tsk dijonsenap

  • svartpeppar
  • kokt ris till servering

    Stek korven i smor i en stekpanna tills den far lite farg.

    Tillsatt loken och stek tills den mjuknar.

    Ror ner tomatpure och paprikapulver och stek kort.

    Hall i creme fraiche, mjolk och senap och lat sjuda 5 till 7 minuter.
