  • 600 g chicken thighs
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
