Fräsch pastasallad med pasta, grönsaker, fetaost och en enkel dressing med citron och olivolja.

Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta
  • 200 g körsbärstomater, halverade
  • 1 gurka i tärningar
  • 1 röd paprika i bitar
  • 100 g ruccola
  • 150 g fetaost
  • 3 msk olivolja
  • 1 msk citronsaft
  • 1 tsk dijonsenap
  • salt
  • svartpeppar

    Koka pastan enligt förpackningen. Skolj kall och lat rinna av.

    Blanda tomater, gurka, paprika och ruccola i en stor skal.
