Elegant individual prawn tart in a glass with a creamy filling and crispbread. Easy to prepare and impressive on the Easter table.

Ingredients

  • 300 g peeled prawns
  • 100 g smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • 2 dl crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and white pepper
  • 4 crispbreads, crushed
  • Dill and lemon to garnish

Method

    Mix crème fraîche, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon zest, salt and white pepper into a smooth mixture.

    Add the prawns (reserve a few for garnish), chopped smoked salmon and dill. Mix gently.

    Place a layer of crushed crispbread in the bottom of each glass.

    Spoon the prawn mixture into the glasses. Top with the reserved prawns and a dill sprig.

    Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve as a starter with extra crispbread on the side.
