Easy no-bake cake made with Rice Krispies, marshmallows and butter, topped with milk chocolate. A popular treat for children's parties and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g marshmallows
  • 6 dl Rice Krispies
  • 200 g milk chocolate
  • Sprinkles or sweets to decorate

Method

    Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until melted into a smooth mixture.

    Remove from the heat and fold in the Rice Krispies until evenly coated.

    Press the mixture evenly into a greased springform tin (22 cm). Smooth the surface with a buttered spatula. Leave to set at room temperature for 30 minutes.

    Melt the chocolate and spread evenly over the cake. Decorate with sprinkles or sweets. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes.

    Cut into slices with a warm knife and serve.
