Snabb tomatsoppa med vitlök och basilika som går fort att laga och passar till lunch eller lätt middag.

Ingredients

  • 1 gul lok, hackad
  • 2 vitloksklyftor, hackade
  • 2 msk olivolja
  • 800 g krossade tomater
  • 3 dl gronsaksbuljong
  • 1 tsk socker
  • 1 tsk torkad basilika
  • 1 dl matlagningsgradde
  • salt
  • svartpeppar

Method

    Fras lok och vitlok i olivolja i en kastrull pa medelvarme i 3 minuter.

    Tillsatt krossade tomater, buljong, socker och basilika.
  3. 3
    Lat soppan sjuda i 12 minuter.

    Mixa soppan slat med stavmixer.
  5. 5
    Ror ner gradde och smaka av med salt och peppar.

    Servera varm med brod.
